A PRINCE2 certified Project Manager who is a solutions-oriented team player and leader, with the ability to anticipate, identify and respond to changing business priorities. I’m able to communicate at all levels internally and externally, and have excellent interpersonal skills enabling me to act as a company ambassador when at client sites and stakeholder meetings.
For over a combined decade, I’ve specialised in Information Security consultancy, and gained a wealth of experience in governance and security management. With a specific interest in Social Engineering and Phishing assessments, I’ve assisted many organisations in developing a programme of activities to deliver significant improvements to their security model.
I also previously ventured in to the ITSM world, and joined TeamUltra, a Computacenter company, who is a leading ServiceNow Gold Services partner. This enabled me to diversify my knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the software development and deployment stages of the product / service lifecycle.
Earlier this year (2021) during the lockdown period, my partner identified a niche in the market for a product which would suit the newly adopted ‘stay at home’ culture. I was fortunate enough to be able to invest some time assisting him in the creation of the product, development of the brand and by defining the delivery process. The product was successfully brought to market.
